Why I note what each one is: because you cannot judge a claim without knowing who is making it. Beside every body, its nature is stated — state structure, registered charity, commercial service or campaign organisation.

Its founder is Josef Witt-Doerring, a board-certified psychiatrist and former FDA medical officer in the division of psychiatric products, formerly a researcher at Janssen. Citizens Commission on Human Rights (CCHR) CAMPAIGN ORGANISATION · SINCE 1969, 34+ COUNTRIES Founded 1969, present in more than 34 countries. It acted as the complainant body in the Chelmsford case, which led to the New South Wales Royal Commission — which independently documented the findings. It maintains a public timeline of court cases against pharmaceutical companies. No documentation in this file comes from CCHR — it is listed for what it did: the body that pressed for Chelmsford to be investigated.
